Join your body and breath to create a space to listen to God. We’ll use the physical practice to work on flexibility, strength, and balance then spend quiet time in relaxation and reflection. All levels of experience are welcome!
Led by Duke University’s Fitness & Wellness Coordinator, Lisa Jindra, Lisa demonstrates great care for her group members.
We will provide mats and blocks, although you are welcome to bring your own mat.
Group sessions are free, but donations are encouraged in order to support this wonderful program.
Currently meets regularly on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm
